Love love love Dr. Cara! I feel like I’m finally getting answers about my health I have been searching for for years! I feel so much better. My husband and best friend saw my improvement and also started seeing Dr. Cara and they are extremely happy with their results as well.

I am so grateful to have found Therapeutic Health 3 years ago. From my first visit to my most recent, each and every appointment, Dr. Cara has taken the time listen, understand, and create a plan on how to help me. Dr. Cara is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Same can be said about her partner, Dr. Jason. He is incredibly knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. Additionally, the TH team is friendly, professional and responsive when I have reached out with questions regarding supplements and setting up appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Cara and her team!

Dr. Cara has changed my life. I spent years with debilitating stomach pain, which eventually proved to be the root of other health issues. Three years ago, I underwent a specialized program to heal my guts: detox, supplements, food elimination, Indiba treatments. I still adhere to the healthy habits created and revel in being aware of self care. For me, gut health is the foundation. I was recommended to come here. I saw Dr. Cara and she was incredibly rude. They do not tell you the costs of anything till you get to the front desk after you already did all the blood work that you are told is covered by your insurance. She gives all her patients the same supplements. Which I tried and was incredible sick for 2 days. I informed her and she did not care at all. All she talks about how she has done this for 16 years and she’s the best. I had my little boy with me and she was annoyed with him and rude. I wasted so much time driving there, asking the office for information and receipts (they do not want to give you at all) and asking for a refund for this horrible experience. I do NOT recommend Dr. Cara at all. The staff was not friendly at all either.

Be wary of this company. Although there were many things that I found helpful at Therapeutic Health Associates and Dr. Cara is very knowledgeable about her craft, they will do anything they possibly can to get your money. Despite visits being covered by insurance there was always hundred to thousands of dollars worth of supplements and tests. Definitely some were helpful but it felt like I was being given as many things as possible to cost as much money a possible. Appointments were always running 30 min to an hour late. Double booked providers. It was as if there were trying to get as many people in as possible. I have held off on writing this review because I did see some value in my experience but I am currently dealing with a billing issue and they will not refund my money. I started accupuncture and was charged each visit $85. Even though my insurance covers this service. I was told I would get a credit back for what insurance covered. It took months of them to submit the claims to insurance, I'm assuming because they just wanted to keep my money. I should have just submitted them myself. When they finally were submitted, insurance covered most of the accupuncture and I was owed a refund of over $300 and they told me it was only $50. I went back and forth with them and my insurance and they told me "We charge extra when you submit to insurance to offset how little insurance covers for accupuncture". This is illegal. I have taken it up the line at Blue Cross and they won't respond to me or BCBS. They owe me over $300 and I have not been given this money or contacted. I have since started seeing a new provider for accupuncture with 0 issues regarding coverage. I have never in my life seen a provider who precharges you before they bill insurance. That should have been a red flag to me. I am hoping this issue can be resolved as I have been dealing with it for almost a year. Hopefully this review can prevent the same from happening to others.

My facial with Jenny was amazing ! My skin was glowing for weeks after. Super relaxing and loved the line of high-end, results-driven products she used. Will definitely be back!!
