Tingting Zhou's Online Review Report Card

Had to find a doctor cause I went on Medicare my previous Dr recommended Dr Zhou. So far everything has been great. She's very caring and listens.

Cancelled my appointment on the day off- -horrible service. I had a video visit set for Doctor Zhou today in 3 hours. I received a call from her nurse (Ann) stating the doctor advised the video visit was not one that she could do because I have has reoccurring chest pains and stated I needed to come into the office per a note she received today. After spending more than 6 hours on Friday the 8th going round and round on the phone with a simple request for MY primary physician or HER nurse I was advised that a video visit for her counterpart Doctor Zhou would be set to talk thru my concerns. No one has noted my questions or request or even looked at my chart or history as the nurse Ann stated. My chart was not even reviewed. I was advise the doctor stated she could not see me via video and it would be inappropriate for the video appointment 3 hours before the appointment and I would have to drive there. During my work day. Surely if I am well enough to work I am well enough for a video visit. Surely the doctor could have at least taken the time to speak with me to LISTEN to my concerns and provide additional context over the phone. But that is not was not the case and I was repeatedly cut off and interrupted by Ann. Clearly true patient care is not the FIRST concern or priority for this facility and after being a patient for 10+ years I will be looking for a new PCP and facility as Duly Health and the Internal Medicine facility services have consistently declined over the past few years.

I have seen Dr. Zhou for two years. She is professional, kind and warm-hearted. Several months ago, I was concerned by an unknown/skin problem. She suggested me using one inexpensive product. My problem started to get much better within several days! This time, my Covid-19 test was positive and she had a video consultation with me. Her diagnosis and suggestions were in-time, helpful and professional! She even sent me follow-up messages to check my status. I truly appreciate Dr. Zhou’s expertise and kind assistance!

I saw Dr Zhou when she was at Arlington hgts , I have a fair amount of health issues and she seemed more on top of them then my own Dr. she stopped my knee surgery due to high white cell and plateIet which probaly was a good thing wish she would have stayed I was going to change over to her.
