Tonya did a great job caring for me! She was very nice and informative. I did not starve through the night because Tonya helped me. We had nice talks and she is does a great job! Keep up the good work Tonya! She made my stay very enjoyable at night thanks to her. :)
I’m so very excited to be cared for by Ariel. She was my L&D nurse when I had my first and made me feel cared for while she advocated for me. Looking forward to this pregnancy!
After transferring paperwork from my previous midwifery and getting insurance approval this midwife group dropped me as a patient. The office staff did this by leaving a voicemail then refusing to take my calls. I was told after requesting a call back from the office that the staff was unavailable. 4 months later I received a bill for the one visit I had with this office where they told me they’d be willing to accept me as a patient after reviewing my due date. This left me without a provider in the middle of my pregnancy due to an unexpected loss of 2 of there midwives on staff. I would not recommend this office especially not the office staff who never returns voicemails and is extremely rude in person.
I switched to OMG after being unhappy with my first birthing experience with a different practice. I can’t speak highly enough of the midwives, especially Shannon, who was my first appointment and ultimately delivered my baby. She made me feel so comfortable and empowered. I loved my experience with her and think it went so quick and smooth because of her.
I switched over to OMG Midwives at the start of my third trimester after having some issues with my standard OBGYN practice in Naperville and wanting to have a more holistic hospital birth experience. I have absolutely loved my experience thus far with all of the midwives as well as their nurse Bianca who has bent over backwards for me several times to make sure my prescriptions get taken care of with my insurance and pharmacy which I beyond appreciate! The medical assistants and office staff have also been fantastic as well. I am truly so grateful to have found a more holistic provider even with having a few health issues along the way. I’m due within the next couple of weeks and I’m looking forward to a great birth experience!:)
Horrible experience overall with my pregnancy, delivery and overall care. Honestly I came here to have a natural birth and it ended in c-section because the midwives basically scared me that my baby may be an emergency soon.. which later finding out from others mom I should've and could've waited. You are just a number here and their receptionists are high school or early college girls that have horrible customer service and generally do not care. There are too many midwives and its not personal at all, if I could go back I would. But I'm warning ⚠️ others to be aware of the bad experience I have endured. I'd go anywhere else!
I enjoyed my experience with the midwife group initially, however when it became clear that the pregnancy was not viable it became an absolute nightmare to receive necessary care. I had to jump through so many hoops which took weeks before I was able to get the procedure. All while being very sick. And then the day of, since AdventHealth is religiously affiliated, I wasn't warned/prepared for the amount of (their) forced religious beliefs in my care. I would have appreciated someone in the multiple appointments that I was forced to have prior to the D&C warning me about what I'd have to sign/agree along with all of the other consents. And then my post care visit which they insisted needed to be an in-person visit, but there was no physical exam whatsoever. Why force me to come in then? There were so many other horrible pieces with my whole experience with this practice that I don't feel like typing out, but in summary - never again.
You have to wait forever in the waiting area before you see anyone. They said you should be 15min early but you still end up waiting for 30min -45min.
I have had all 3 of my children with this team of midwives and I couldn't have been happier with each of my experiences. I had 3 very different births : planned C-section, medicated VBAC, & unmedicated VBAC. I was supported very well through all of them, educated well throughout my pregnancies, and never felt like I was ever asking a "dumb question". No one is perfect and no office of any sort is perfect, but this team of midwives & nurses really care about their patients and it shows through the service they provide. Informed consent is HUGE here, you are not forced into any decision making. all your decisions about yourself and baby are respected. There are hospital policies that must be abided by, but that's just the nature of hospitals. They also treat my small children well and don't seem to get stressed out or bothered by them when I have to bring them to my appointments. And sometimes they include my older toddler in the appt (using the Doppler), which he loves. This is a BIG plus for me. I don't like going to places where I feel that my children are a burden. My husband and I love it here. And we have loved our experience at Hinsdale Hospital too... but that's for a different review! Highly recommend!
If you enjoy repeating yourself, being talked over and rushed out of your appointments this is the office for you! I came here for my first 4 OB appointments and had an issue or multiple issues every visit. I was given false information, my concerns were dismissed by midwives, the front desk was unorganized.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
