One of the best doctors in Illinois. Very methodical and through, Clear and consice, overall an excellent physician. I am not a resident of Illinois anymore, but I still fly down from east coast every year to do my annual. That's the kind of trust patients have.

Doctor is maybe good but the staff never gives appointment. If it is high priority (ex - ear ache), they will ask you to go to urgent care since they are booked for next 2 weeks and if it is low priority (ex - physical), they will ask you to go to a different doctor since they are booked for the next 6 months. And we are a patient is his office so forget about it if you are a new patient. Staff can be a little impolite at times. I think we will not return here again.

My mom died in his care. All he did was lie to us. He told us she had a virus/vertigo and would be just fine. When she was really stroking. Never ever apoligized. Changed his paperwork notes to protect himself. Zero stars.

Horrible!!! My Mother died in his care. He refused to give my Mother a MRI test that she so badly needed. She started sluring her words and acting weird. He said she would be just fine and that it was just a virus. We knew something was wrong. We had to visit my Mother in hazmat suits just to see her because he said it was contagious. When he finally let her get an MRI it was too late she had to be rushed it a specialty Hospital for stroke victims. He never said he was sorry for our loss or came to see her at the hospital before she died. Zero stars!

My Mom died in his care. He said my Mom had virus/vertigo but she was really stroking. My Mom could have possibly been saved had she received the MRI she desperately so needed. But waisted time and a poor diagnosis allowed my Mother to fully stroke. I couldn't see my Mother without a hazmat type suit because he said she had a virus. We lost so much little time we had left with our Mother. We had to stay away from her because he said she had a virus. After she passed he then changed his doctor notes to protect himself. Zero stars.

He is our family doctor since he started practice. He listens and perfect diagnosis every time. He never orders unnecessary tests. Perfect judgement. He is our family doctor for more than 18 years. I highly recommend him.

Simply the best doctor in IL. I cant leave IL because where will I find another doctor like him..I have been seeing him for the last 19 years!. Cares for his patients like no one else. I have 27 doctors in my own family and but I go see him :) Diagnosis are right on, no un necessary tests, medications as needed. He is all about prevention of diseases before they sneak on you. If you want a doctor who listens, takes the time to understand your issues and give you his undivided attention, he is the one. Asim

Dr. Patel is more than excellent. His staff us a different story. I have a severe staph infection that I have had no medication for it for the last 3 days. I was told that it was called in on Saturday. Went to the pharmacy Saturday evening. They knew nothing about it. Called the pharmacy Monday morning. They still had received nothing. I called the office and was told that they knew it didn't go through and they would call now. 4:00pm they finally got it.
