Literally the biggest circus of a practice I could ever even think of. Dr Ray is the modern day Dr Kevorkian. I was faced with an ectopic pregnancy that required 'em emergency attention she took 8.5 hours to call me back and after my 4th call to the office she said "I was her next call" she was so irritated that her bedside manor was completely lost. I was unfortunately introduced to Dr Ray after going in for a routine Pap smear where the lab assistant called me and said they found my specimen while cleaning up and turns out I'm pregnant congrats! I received a second call from the nurse practitioner Roux who had no clue someone from her office had called me. After back to back blood draws from a poorly trained lab worker I had an ultrasound that proved ectopic. Dr Ray sent me to St Alexius hospital for methotrexate injection where I am typing this now after being here for over 7 hours. No heads up from good old Dr Ray of course who demanded I go here instead of an actual hospital with trained medical staff. NEVER EVER EVER EVER go to this practice and more specifically Dr Ray. You will regret it immensely.

I don’t write comments, I am not easy to upset or anger but this office and Dr Ray brought me to here. The lack of communication between this doctor and her patients isn’t existent. My wife and I are having our first child and never leave the office with any sort of confidence or excitement. Any time we receive good news it is then immediately followed by not so good news that has always been unnecessarily intimidating due to the way it’s presented to us. They use terminology that we are obviously unfamiliar with and it only induces fear into us. The nurse practitioner in the Hoffman estates office shouldn’t be allowed to talk to patients. I couldn’t rate this place any lower and would welcome any opportunity to help patients find a new doctor.
