Dr. Mark Dikpof went above and beyond, and I want to personally thank him for taking my call on a weekend and I wasn't even his patient!! I experienced multiple floaters in my eye on a Saturday and was told by my eye doctor's office to call a retina specialist asap as my retina might be detaching or head to the ER. I decided to first call a few local retina specialists to see who was available on a Saturday to see me asap. Dr. Mark Dikopf took the time to call me and assessed what was going on even though I had never been a patient of his! He was comforting and very knowledgeable. He told me if anything changed he would personally go to the office on Sunday and see me! WOW...Luckily, I did not have an emergency and I went to the practice on Monday and saw his partner, Dr. Osmanovic who was excellent; luckily not a detached retina. I am SO appreciative that Dr. Mark Dikopf took the time to talk to me and was very comforting! Thank you again for going that extra mile for someone you did not know. :) Have a blessed day!
