He has cared for all my GI for years. I trust him for my basic care, diagnosis and testing. He's diagnosed Barrette's Esophagus early and found colon polyps with their removal and tests.

I went there for colonoscopy test which refered by family doctor who said that would be free and covered by insurance. Dr song did the procedure and billed me $350 for that and another $250 for seeing a hemorrhoid and proscribed me a medicine.even insurance agreed with me no charge on me. so unethical!

First I will say Dr Songs ability, personality, expertise is great. However I had a procedure with him, as an in network provider, back in December. He gave my biopsy to an OUT OF NETWORK provider which is now billing me $961 vs $0 for an in network provider. Duly billing is unable to help other than to say call the Dr's office but there is no direct number to Dr Song, only to Duly. Round and round and round. Beware and make sure they only use in network providers.

Dr. Song is an amazing doctor!! He takes time to explain everything thoroughly and answers questions. During a procedure he is very caring and talks patients through their anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Song!

Two weeks ago my wife had endoscopy and I had both endo and colonoscopy. We had some problems. Unlike our previous unkind gastro doctor, Mr. Song is a decent professional. He listened to us well and explained enough to us both at his office and after scopy. Nice! Though we were a little concern about his staff because of others' review posted here, Doctor Song's staff at scheduling, office, surgery, and result notice are nice too. Highly recommend Doctor Song!

Dr.Song is nice but never seems have coverage when gone and the staff is rude, and does not take time with their patients. They wasted precious time from hospital to next visit by then. 2 mos later mom has cancer and not so much as a pain from unfeeling office.

Dr richard Song is great but the office is awefull. They never did a pre-authorization prior to my procedure and i called there billing and they told me they cant help me since they dont do the pre-authorization. They transferred me to the billing supervisor and she didnt answer plus her mail box was full and didnt accept any new messages. They keep transfering me from one place to another or telling call this number. Very frustrating!
