Awesome doctor. Was diagnosed in emergency room in the early hours of a Saturday with a retinal detachment. They referred me to him. A doctor in his practice came in on Saturday at 9:00 to confirm the diagnosis. The office scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment on Monday with Dr. Os. He offered to come in over the weekend and perform surgery, even though it wasn’t really necessary that it be done that urgently in my case. Met him at 9:00 on Monday and he performed my surgery that afternoon. Thanks to him I am likely to near fully regain my eyesight. The office generally is very efficient. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When I meet with Dr. Os for follow-up appointments, I never feel rushed. He patiently and thoroughly answers all of my questions and patiently explains his medical diagnoses (that are complicated) in terms I can easily understand. I would strongly recommend Dr. Os to anyone concerned about their eyes and eyesight.

Dr. Senad gave me Altropine for eye infection. He failed to mention that 1 drop would cause my eye to be dialated for the next half month. This has caused great discomfort and huge inconvenience because I work in front of a computer and I can only see from 1 eye. Also, the infection did not get well after I saw Senad. I went to a different practice which helped me get better. That doctor mentioned that it was unnecessary to even give me Altropine in the first place! Oh, Senad came across to be arrogant and rude. He seemed to be annoyed by my request to raise the machine so I could put my chin on the machine better. Overall, he is rude and not helpful! A total waste of my time and money.

My husband was having issues after cataract surgery with another doctor at a different practice. Dr. Osmanovic did an excellent job with providing thoughtful and thorough care. Very nice guy too which is such a bonus!

I had 4 people taking photos of my eye one at a time because they couldn’t get the picture, the last one was the Dr. himself who couldn’t get them either and he still billed me and the insurance.

I changed to this Dr. because my old Dr. would take the whole day due to mismanaging. I saw him 3 times and he wanted this special dye photo, something I have had many times before with the other. From the get go it things were way different as they didn’t take the same procedure as the other and worst yet the photos didn’t come out. I had 3 photographers one after the other and the Dr. himself trying to get a photo and none were successful and all I got was a apology and a bill and one to the insurance. I brought this to his attention and he never refunded the money so he lost me and my son as patients and hopefully you to.

If I can, I would give them 0 stars. Bad service, terrible billing, zero communication. This is summery but there are many other issues.

Nice,clean place ,the nurses and doctor are very friendly, all my questions was answer, .definitely will recommend for a friend.

This place was awful. They screwed up the billing, which left a $30 extra charge which these jerks SENT TO COLLECTIONS when the insurance didn't pay it. When I called to ask about it, they said that's what they do ALL THE TIME. So unless you want to be socked with unexpected charges which end up on your credit report, avoid them.
