My son was prescribed glasses by Dr. Sullivan that were way too strong (for his nearsightedness). This was confirmed by two different optometrists.

He is a very professional Dr., however I believe that the most important thing is to recognize the situation of the patient, in my case I think that he checks me in a simple way without specifying more important details according to my health, besides it gives more importance In explaining more to Dr. (student) is probably my perception, also has no staff in languages or at that time wasn't when I needed it, and his staff are not as kind as it seems.

Many years ago I got a small piece of metal in my eye while on lunch when I was working in the Loop on New Year's Eve. The next day when I woke up, I found my eye had swollen and turned red at the point where the metal had entered my eye. I called Dr. Sullivan's emergency number on New Year's Day. He told me to come in to his office, which he opened especially for me on New Year's Day and gave me emergency medical treatment. I am forever grateful and was most impressed. I have been a loyal patient ever since then, over 20 years ago.
