I have recently started working with Dr. Martinez and his team. After a couple of half. marathons and a long career in healthcare that put a lot of strain on my overall posture and spine alignment, I decided to seek chiropractic care and incorporate into my preventative care. Although I have briefly just started, I’ve noticed slight improvements, and I can’t wait to see what the future will bring. With that being said I feel very comfortable in Dr. Martinez care. In the past, I have sought other chiropractors where I have been adjusted and out the door and as a busy working professional, I thought that was enough. I am taking the time now to learn more about why my body is doing what it’s doing, and Dr. Martinez has been wonderful about educating me, adjusting me and customizing a physical therapy plan for me that I am now starting to see the benefits of. Maryam, one of his assistants has been so kind and always has my best interest at heart has taught me a couple of modifications as I do PT to make it so much more comfortable or less strenuous, and Melissa has been wonderful as well. I never have to wait long for appointments. I’m always taken back right away and as a busy working parent, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the office and the care. Thank you.

Having pain and discomfort in my upper back and neck area, I knew I needed to get that taken care of before it got worse. I am glad I came across Dr. Martinez and his awesome team to get me moving pain free to help me get me back on track on my fitness goals. The entire team are knowledgeable at what they do and they have the answers with any questions I have. I truly recommend visiting to take care of any pain or discomfort or even just getting an adjustment done to avoid any future issues.

Dr Martinez and his team are very thorough! They use a multidisciplinary approach to help with my pain and discomfort. The team is very friendly and explain everything they are doing and why. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Martinez for 6 years. He is passionate about helping his patients. He has helped me through many different issues: migraines, chronic lower back pain, anxiety and general maintenance. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Martinez and Tri-Modern Health.

Dr. Martinez and his team are outstanding. They listen and work to develop a program that works for an individual. I have regular chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture and recently I’ve begun getting treatment for recently developed neuropathy in my feet. I always prefer getting these types of treatments to taking medication. They are always pleasant and put the patients first.

I have been going to Tri Modern Health for a couple of weeks now and my progress has been significant, in these few short weeks I have been able to now work with little to no pain.
