Since we have been in US we have been going to bubble pediatric and extremely happy with Dr. Utsahi patel and team .. never thought of changing doctor for my kids ..

Receptionist was not knowledgeable at all and provided no answers or assistance. Was calling to schedule a consultation to meet with the pediatrician prior to my son being born but they only cared about my insurance and where I was going to deliver. They were very dismissive when I told them I was delivering at Rush since I work there but explained that I wanted a pediatrician near my house. Even though I have good insurance, they are in network, and I explained that I was looking for a pediatrician for after my child is born, they told me to fax over the discharge records and then they can schedule a consultation. I am not going to meet my son's doctor at his first visit, I need to know who his pediatrician will be prior to delivering. The facilities look nice but I will go to another pediatrician who actually cares about the patients not their insurance.

She is the best Doctor. Me and my kids love her. She has great experience and she clears every doubt we have. Will recommend everyone to go to her. Staff is also very supportive.

Very satisfied with Dr. Utshahi's ability to explain process and problems in detail and easy to understand manner. In case of urgency, she always tries to fit us in her tight schedule. Admin staff has disappointed us in the past by not following up/responding to requests we made but I would give benefit of doubt as it happened only twice. We have received response in timely manner after that.

Best pediatrician Dr. Utsahi Patel, I don’t know what I would have done with my kids without her. The doctors, staff, promptness, ambiance everything is the best. I highly recommend Bubble Pediatrics. 👍
