I've been seen by Dr. Chavin for nine years, since I was diagnosed with bladder cancer. I am someone who reads research and has a million questions. Not only has he always listened and then answered all of my questions, he's open to discussing research that I dig up. He has been kind and concerned, and he is skilled at the procedures he performs. Despite the fact that I've had invasive procedures, I always feel safe and comfortable. He has been such a touchstone for me as I've gone through this experience. I recommend him highly.

Excellent clinician, excellent bedside manner. I am no longer going to a "big name" doctor in Chicago as Dr. Chavin has proven his outstanding skills in urology. I am also a nurse and when I asked my peers for a really good doctor, his name came up constantly and I am so glad I found him to take care of my medical needs.
