Hadi Ali Fatima's Online Review Report Card

She is disorganized. She mixes up medications and appointments. The staff is rude and unhelpful. In an attempt to make more money she had taken on too many clients. I have waited over 2 hours past my appointment time to see her. The worst!!!!

Visits are short, wait times long. She does offer telehealth, which is very helpful because the longer I remain with her, the worse I have become and no longer even want to leave my house. She is willing to try different things & seems open to my input. However, I feel that she has given up on me, has lost interest in me because my problems are complex. It’s very obvious that she no longer wants me as a patient. Doctors should just acknowledge that they can no longer help, that they are out of their depth and refer to another dr. Instead of wasting so much valuable time. I am looking for a new dr.

She books appointments way too close together and goes over appointment time repeatedly, so I've had to wait for over an hour and a half past my appointment time to even start the session multiple times. She acts like she understands everything and the patient doesn't understand their own experiences. She pushes autism and adhd with most patients. She's not very open with her diagnoses or treatments with patients, again acting like she knows all and the patient knows nothing. She often doesn't know which prescriptions are covered by different insurances and prescribes non-covered meds, which are too expensive and leaves you screwed until your next appointment. She often takes clients way outside of her specialty and it shows. She's epitomizes a bad psychiatrist.

She is a wonderful doctor who understand and make you feel comfortable

Dr. Fatima Hadi is very friendly and helpful. I like her much better than my previous psychiatrist. She has a warm personality and is easygoing. I go to Dr. Hadi and two of my family members do as well. We are grateful for how she has helped us.

I have received really great care from Dr. Hadi for almost 2 years now. She's very knowledgeable and caring. She really takes the time to address any questions or concerns and you never feel rushed.

We used to love going here. Now we wait an hour just to be seen, spend 5 minutes with the dr., and they have questionable billing practices. Overbilled and told we had not paid for any visits, when we had cleared checks to prove otherwise. A shame, because she was a great psychiatrist in the beginning.

After my visits with Dr. Hadi I now feel as though I am getting to be the person that God had intended. She is honestly awesome!
