Don't go, I went to the report for the green card with my wife .I paid cash. When the result came out, they called. When I went to the appointment time, the office was closed for about 10 days. They didn't answer the phone. The one in arlington was also closed

liars take your money for the blood test, they do not pay to the place that does the test. You are in debt even though you pay all the time, the fraudsters say we paid

In May, I went for a green card. I paid cash. On my behalf, quest Diagnostics still sends debt. They took the money from me and they didn't pay it there. I got a letter 4 times. I went there 3 times. They said we paid.

Extremely poor health care. Passive, never returns phone calls. Staff is just as bad. Do not take your elders here... He misses critical health care issues like mini strokes, heart issues, etc. A COMPLETE JOKE. RUN AWAY FAST.

Beware people! Protect yourself and your elderly parents. You will be looted here without getting the services that you are promised. You will be fooled into doing things and paying for nothing. Elderly people need care and they literally don't care here.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. HE IS A CON ARTIST. HE DOESN'T EVEN SEEM TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN YOU GO IN AND TELL HIM YOUR SYMPTOMS. ON TOP OF THAT, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC HE IS FORCING HIS SENIOR CITIZEN PATIENTS TO COME INTO HIS OFFICE JUST FOR PRESCRIPTION REFILLS!!! HE'S DECIDED SINCE LESS PEOPLE ARE GOING INTO HIS OFFICE THAT HE NEEDS TO FORCE THEM IN THERE SOMEHOW. OSCO CALLED TO REFILL MY ELDERLY FATHERS PRESCRIPTION AND HE STATED HE WAS REQUIRED TO COME IN AND OBTAIN THE WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION EVEN THOUGH MY DAD HAD BEEN THERE 4 WEEKS AGO. I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. HIS OFFICE IS THE DIRTIEST OFFICE I'VE EVER WALKED INTO. NOTHING SANITARY ABOUT IT.
