Receptionist was not very nice. She was borderline rude. When I arrive at the desk she like: "Yes, why are you here for?". Obviously, if I'm there is because I need to be seen. And then they don't have X-rays technicians present. Really disappointed. Will not go back.
My son scheduled Covid teat here. It was not explained to him that this visit would be billed as OUT-OF-NETWORK. Of course the insurance company denied the claim and left me on the hook for $300. I would not recommend this facility if your looking for transparency in billing.
If you need a free or low-cost Covid test don't go here. I went for a Covid test prior to travel. My insurance company was charged over $200 for the test, and they also billed me for $40. There are many better options for getting a Covid test.
***A RECKLESS PRACTICE--BEWARE***This place ruined my life for three months. I came in with an infected ingrown toenail, hoping for antibiotics and pain meds. Instead, they performed a permanent procedure (while my toe was infected) and removed part of my toenail, then poured silver nitrate on my toenail to burn the root so it won't grow back. I wasn't asked if I wanted this procedure. I wasn't told the procedure was going to happen. I was led to an exam room with a bunch of tools, told to lay down, and waited. By the time the doctor entered the room, I felt it was too late to back out. I've had this procedure done on my other toenail by a podiatrist and it went smoothly and healed quickly. This was not the case here. This was the most brutal, painful, aggressive procedure I've ever gone through, and permanent damage was done to my toenail. I'd like to reiterate that my toe was INFECTED during this procedure and I WAS NOT GIVEN ANTIBIOTICS OR PAIN MEDS TO GO HOME WITH. The doctor who performed the procedure said I'd have immediate relief and heal within a week. This was a lie. It turned into a chronic wound with multiple infections. I had to miss a family wedding due to this. When I went to the podiatrist, I was told not only should urgent care facilities NOT perform permanent procedures, but also that MY PROCEDURE WAS RUSHED AND RECKLESSLY DONE, WITH SO MUCH SILVER NITRATE POURED ON MY TOE THAT IT DESTROYED THE NAIL. He told me he had NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. After ten visits with the podiatrist over the next three months, three rounds of antibiotics, constant epsom salt soaks, 100 bandage changes, and a whole lot of pain--my toe is finally beginning to heal.DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. Don't be pressured into procedures. Do your research. Do what's best for you!
If you want a COVID test, go here. If you need medical care, don't bother. This facility has turned into a testing site, processing people in and out accordingly. I went in with symptoms I'd had several days and I had already tested negative for COVID but was still pretty ill. I described symptoms and they did not look at me - for example I said I had a rash on my back and the "physician" (loose term, he was more like a tech) did not ask to see it. I told him my ears hurt but he didn't look in my ears. I think now that I had measles but who knows. He did Look at my throat after some prodding because I said I didnt want to pay for a strep test if my symptoms indicated I did not have strep. I felt as if I was challenging the guy to actually act like a doctor. Other things that went wrong - after scheduling online they said they had no appointment for me and treated me as a walk-in. After getting my COVID and flu test they said results would be sent to me in 30 minutes, but the results came in an encrypted email and nobody had given me the password. Iwas prescribed antibiotics and cough medication. The antibiotics have helped some with a secondary infection, cough meds not effective. I am still sick but on the mend. The only good thing I can say is that I was able to get in - it was the week after Christmas and all the regular doctors were either still on PTO or booking appointments a week out.
Great service. They are a kind, compassionate and professional health care team. I believe the NP that provided care to my mom was thorough. Even tho they are busy and on the go.. they have shown patience and professionalism
Staff was amazing !!!! test was quick and easy the girl at the front was super friendly guy who saw us inside the room was friendly as well. Overall great clinic will be coming back if I need any other care.
Very nice and clean facility. The staff are attentive, friendly and professional. They do the nasopharyngeal RT-PCR testing here and the result comes back in 45 min ($275 without insurance)/ or they will bill your Insurance company) well worth it if you need the report immediately for traveling.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
