Option Care Health's Online Review Report Card

Not bad, not bad at all. Although there are definitely some rough edges on this company. They're reliable, they deliver when asked and if a delivery goes missing it's pretty easy to track it down. Where they fall short is account management. The lack of a web ordering portal and or app is annoying and their IVR system is buggy at best. It does seem like the crude beginnings of an online portal but it calls at odd times and is extremely cumbersome to use. They'd have 5 stars if they were integrated with Walgreens app or had some sort of fully automated solution. Until then I can't give a five star review.

My child has been a patient with them for 20 years. It's gone through several changes. I've never had an issue getting the prescribed items his doctors have requested. That I feel is a hugh plus and worth 5stars.What has changed, for the WORST, is customer service. Every month I have to call to request refills. This is an ORDEAL. After I navigate the the "prompts" I'm finally connected to the proper department. WHERE I SIT & WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE REPRESENTATIVE. After about 20mins of waiting and hearing that I can email my request for refill (usually for the 10th time) I decide to do this. I requested the items I needed refilled on a Tuesday. I specifically stated that I didn't need certain items. By Friday after multiple emails, phone calls (again on hold), customer feedback forms on their website I still didn't know if my son's order was in. Once I left a complaint, that went to managment, I finally got my follow up phone call.OH YEAH! ON SATURDAY, I FINALLY GOT MY SON'S MEDICAL SUPPLIES. ALMOST 1 WEEK AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. GUESS WHAT? ALL THOSE ITEMS I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T NEED.......YEAH, I GOT GOT THEM.WALGREENS OPTION CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.After 20 years I'm looking for a medical supplier that actually takes the time to read the emails they said they would.My child has been a patient with them for 20 years. After finally getting through to an agent who actually got things moving and took ownership there seems to be some sparks left in this company that could go either way right now. It's up to the leadership to improve the ordering and customer service experience that are currently lackluster. I must say shipping speed and condition of the supplies when received is reliably satisfactory. I'd give four or five stars but the call center and horrible ordering experience are two points docked.

Well it didn't take long for optioncare to go from half decent to a total hack of a company just out for money. They don't care about your name they don't care about anything. They don't even care to call back on a emergency supplies out call in to the after hours. They even claim things are back ordered when I can myself check with their distributor and see they are very much in stock or delayed ordering at a one week drop ship. So don't lie to me and say we don't know when we will get it when I can go on my  computer and see that it's in stock or simply delayed. This company was good but whoever is in charge now has it circling the drain and if they don't shape up soon I'm gonna start fighting for a new supplier.

I am trying to get my brother in home care and I never dealt with a more helpful , kind, sweeter person today than Raven! Thank you Raven! This has been a long hard road and your the first provider to ever take the ropes from me!

Everytime I talk to someone on the phone 9 out of 10 times they are very rude and sound like you are a bother to them

OptionCare is an infusion pharmacy. I have been using them for almost a decade now since Walgreens merged with them. 1. The agents are well trained and easy to deal with. 2. Shipping is often next day so last minute refills are no big deal. 3. Hold times can get long, particularly at the beginning and end of the month. Call in the middle of the month if you don't want to sit around on hold. 4. They sometimes will call to take a refill order but don't count on it. Their outbound call service is not the most reliable and they only make one attempt per month. All that said, it's a decent company and if you need enteral infusion services they take the majority of insurance plans and do their job pretty well.

They are very kind and helpful.
