I have never has an account with this place, yet they have put an account in collections! My credit rating is low because of a mistake this company made. I am just livid! Do NOT do business with this place and be very careful about fraudulent claims by this sleazy company!

They keep on sending me a bill for $135 but the sent different amount to me and different to my insurance which covered the whole bill. I called them many times but I was ignored. My iv during sergury demaged my hand which was swellen and brushed for 10 days. Run Not straight!!!

In the process of trying to sue them. The anesthesiologist missed my epidural, causing me to have an emergency c-section where I had to be put under due to their error as I could feel where the incision was to be made. When I woke up, the epidural failed 100% and I felt everything. It took over an hour and a half to get enough pain medicine in me to stop screaming, also causing me to need a blood transfusion. Due to their mistakes, neither me or my husband were able to see our baby born. If you're going in for a procedure make sure they are not the one to handle your case.

I had no knowledge of this company until it showed up on my credit report and caused my score to drop drastically all because of a supposed $52 bill. I can't reach anyone by phone to question its validity. Horrible business practices and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. If I could give negative stars I would, I'm upset that I have to even give this one to submit my review

We had no idea that we owed this company any money until I started receiving collections calls… We never received any bill, no contact from the company, and no way for us to contact the company. Negative marks on my credit score for charges I didn’t even know existed from 3 YEARS AGO. Do not do business with this company…..

I received no billing from these people till i was in collections. Their online telephone numbera are all fake. The physical address in to a defunct hospital. Run fron these people. Dont let them near you.

I just received a message from a debt collection agency from a bill that we had from 2018 (nearly 3 years ago). I received no bill or no further attempt to contact us about a payment that WE HAD NO IDEA EXISTED. This place is a joke. They sent us to collections and gave us a bad mark on our credit over a $170 bill that we never received or knew existed. Avoid using this company at all costs.
