List of Bachar Hamad's Reviews
Dr. Hamad saved my life. My stomach issues started about 15 years ago. I asked for the mail in cancer screening kit, and Dr. Hamad said no, we should do a colonoscopy. Long story short, I was diagnosed with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. I had none of the UC symptoms. I've been seeing him since, and I would recommend him to everyone! My hubby and a bunch of my friends see him.
Take a hard pass Just don't waste your time
I wish I didn't have to write this review but I feel it's important for future patients of this office. My entire experience would be too long to type and frankly I doubt anyone will read it anyway but stay away from this office. Seriously, if you have any other option for care, take it. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I was "scheduled" for an upper endoscopy but when the day came I found out from calling the hospital myself that i wasn't even on the schedule. When I called to ask how this happened the lady on the phone said she "didn't know" and when i asked if she even put it through she said "probably" but doesn't know if it even went through. She didn't care AT ALL that my husband took the day off to take me or that she didn't do her job correctly. I asked to speak to a supervisor and while this person was more apologetic, she admitted this has happened to multiple people and they knew there was a "system issue". So instead of double checking the procedures were being scheduled correctly, they did nothing. They then wanted to simply reschedule me 2 weeks out. I also had an issue getting my blood work back. I waited almost 2 weeks and inquired multiple times about my results. They had no clue where they were or how to get them even though i got it done next door at the hospital. I finally got the results back over the phone and since things were negative i no longer felt comfortable having this procedure done by this doctor. I will find someone else to help me. Dr. Hamad and office; please dedicate a bit more time and effort into your patients. By the time we get to see a specialist it's usually after a long time of pain and doctor visits prior. A bit of communication and care goes along way.
This place has never picked up or called me back after leaving voicemails. How is anyone supposed to make an appointment when no one picks up? Ridiculous.
Dr Hamad has always been very caring with our needs. We have been going to him for 18 years. We really trust him.
Doctor Hamad is a very professional and knowledgeable. He explained me everything about my health and answered my question. The nurse (I am so sorry, but I don’t remember her name) was so nice and of course professional too! Thank you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
