I've lived in several cities in several states, and Dr. Troiani is by far the best Dermatologist I've ever had. He is nice, polite, funny, and makes you feel comfortable no matter what procedure he is doing. Unprofessional, evaded questions, continued with unsuccessful treat, and runs in & out the room. Provided a diagnosis that is outside his profession, and illegal to diagnose due to his lack of credentials. I am appalled by Dr.Tronani lack of care for his patients. Avoid him at all cost, and see someone else if you feel like you aren’t getting successful treatment. Don’t let his social skills fool you, he could care less about your skin. Dr. Troiani is Awesome, he he caring, friendly warm hearted and seems to know his business very good, I will recommend him anytime I know someone who needs a dermatologist, he makes you feel very comfortable in his office, and I love his puppy stories

I had a couple angry looking moles on my back. Didn't know who to go to but I made an appointment with Dr. Troiani. Great guy, down to earth and explained what was happening with my moles and why one was indeed in need of care and the other one wasn't. Very much recommended
