My husband and I have been patients of her's for many years, and always had an excellent experience. The staff is very helpful and pleasant, and just had an appointment with Dr. A.J who was very helpful in explaining everything so well, and a floater I had in my rt. eye. Rhonda is also very helpful. I highly recommend making an appointment, they provide excellent service.

The wait time is ridiculous! I came to get my contacts checked by the doctor, and I waited 1 hour!!! I asked the staff half way through waiting if they'd call my phone when it was my turn, but they told me I leave, then my appointment is cancelled. Don't make someone wait 1 hr for a 5 minute appointment!

The staff and both Doctors are amazing! I moved to Naperville! I wish I can bring them with me but I will continue my commute! #1Optometrist. You all are the best I love you ALL!

I absolutely love that every time I walk into the office I am greeted with a nice friendly smile (usually Michele, but they are all super nice). They know you.. they do there best to make you feel comfortable and like "family". Waiting is not really an issue any longer.. They have definitely improved that in the office. I also work in a dr's office.. what patients need to understand is that sometimes when dr runs behind it is because they may have accommodated a late patient or took extra time with a patients concerns. I feel that Dr. Weisz's office staff in general either informs you that the dr. is slightly behind of keeps you busy with choosing of frames.. lenses.. etc. I am more then delighted with this office and everything that comes with it.

I cannot believe the treatment I just received from her staff on the phone. I was told by Michelle, who didn't even see me, that I "stormed" out of the office, when in fact I said that I couldn't afford to continue with a more expensive lens and asked to explore more affordable options. Then they refused to release his medical records in a timely manner stating "you'll get nowhere fast with that request". If you want someone to treat you with respect, I suggest you go elsewhere. I was also told by Dr. Weisz that I'm responsible for damaging my son's eye. They are extremely rude.

Dr. Weisz has been a godsend to our family over the years. She's shown expertise that ranges from dealing with children's eyes and near-sightedness to dealing with cataracts, glaucoma, and pink-eye. We could not ask for better care and knowledge on the part of Dr. Weisz and her staff.

Dr Weisz has been open for almost 30 years and we have been seeing her since 1983. Alot of the office staff has changed but everyone is so helpful. In the past the appointments did run behind but that has changed and they really have worked hard to get us in and out. Our insurance has changed several times over the years and she has always taken our plan. We love going there and will continue to do so, I love that they recognize me right away when I come in.

Some staff is great, very friendly & knowledgeable! Newer staff not so much. Scared small child with "If you cannot keep your eyes open, the Dr will have to stick something in your eye." EXTREMELY unprofessional. Child cried hysterically, fell to the floor curled up in a ball in fear. Appointment times are running behind,even if you are early or on time. It would be a nice touch for a quick, you are running late call if more than 10 min late for an appointment. Then maybe they can get the appt times back on track.Reminder calls, not made with most recent visit, was told I was more than an hour late. I would NEVER make an appointment for children during school hours. I always make them for AFTER school. I was always willing to wait. Dr Weisz, Dr Carver and Dr Slovik are AMAZING DOCTORS, VERY FRIENDLY, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AMAZING with small children! If they can RE-TRAIN STAFF on how to be professional I may return. I have been going there for 15 years. Sad to have to find new doctors.
