Eileen Esther Heffernan's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Heffernan is not your traditional stuffy doctor. She is personable and friendly. She takes her time with patients and does not rush you out. Sometimes she even answers the phone herself. You feel comfortable discussing anything with her.

Dr. Heffernan is by far the best doctor that I have ever had. She takes time to go over all of your health needs. Well worth your office wait!!

Very unprofessional. All I needed was a simple physical and to get my blood taken and tested with said physical. I felt questioned why I was even there, the receptionist literally questioned me. Finally got insurance and was excited to finally get my health together and this really deterred me.

Dr. Heffernan appears very compassionate and confident when being face to face in the office, however, when I needed her help in the ER, she totally dropped the ball and allowed an "ER doc" who knew NOTHING about me total imisguided her in my diagnosis and treatment. She is not at all an independent thinker or compassionate in any way. Very dissapointing.

I’ve never been to a doctor office were the STAFF and DOCTOR is so rude and nasty I switch doctors and been requesting my chart to be transfer to my new doctor for almost a month after giving me the run around the receptionist told me yeah yeah your right and we’re wrong being SARCASTIC and hang up the phone on me , I tried calling back and she unhooked the line on purpose so I wouldn’t call back, I Will be filing a HEALTH CARE COMPLAINT this is Unacceptable my health has worsen and I need to get treatment and it’s obvious they don’t care about there patients.

Doesn’t answer her phones blocks your phone number doesn’t answer faxes for refills and is rude you’re better off going to an auto mechanic

I have serious medical issues that most healthcare professionals need me to explain to them. Dr. Heffernan goes out of her way for each of her patients even if it means taking years of files home with her to read.I see her monthly and love her. I don't care what doctor you go to, you will wait for your appointment.At least with her I know I'm waiting because she is giving the patient before me the time to explain their issues, as I know she will so for me when necessary.She is thorough and doesn't rush you out the door and she will make sure to investigate every avenue of treatment without breaking your bank.

She gives out her cell number to everyone then ignores you if you call/text .never has enough staff, runs office on a show string.She orders tests for you then you'll be lucky to even get results or you have to call repeatedly for results then they get angry at you for calling.shes only there 3 days a wk.and when summers here she's off for a week here or 2 wks there cause her daughters off school with no 1 on call for her.She use to be a great dr many yrs ago but has really fallen away from her patients care.I would not go to her.

Dr Heffernan is a very personal and engaging Doctor. She doesn't rush you out, no matter what. She gets to the real health problems, issues and she doesn't over medicate. That takes time!
