First of all, l called duly and one of the representative told me Dr Bautista cannot see me if her name is not on my insurance, so l should call blue cross to add her like my pcp .I called blue cross and they added her as my pcp .l called duly again, l got another representative who told me Dr beautista does not take new patient. I wont be able to see her. I told him ,l got a different version from another representative. So he transferred me to the nurse. That nurse was really nice and professional. She understands my need. The nurse scheduled the appointment and asked me to come on the 7th. She called me again to make sure l will be there .Here is the 7th, the front desk refused to let me see Dr beautista, she doesn't take new patient .l said they told me to come,after few second she said no Dr beautista doesn't take the insurance.l said l told them the insurance l have .she sais she is going to call the nurse. So she said l am sorry they cannot see you. I am sorry but this place is a unprofessional. I am done with duly. Look for another medical group.

Save your time and find another doctors office. Not only are the ladies at the front desk rude but I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to check me in. Which then resulted in me waiting 20 minutes just to be called to be seen by the doctor.

She's very professional, kind and accommodating. She will explain to me my diagnosis and what's needs to be done. She responds to my inquiry as soon as she can. I'm grateful that I found her here in IL to be my PCP.

Worst doctor ever. Completely judgemental with a God complex. Tries to beat you into submission by holding your meds hostage

Dr. Bautista is by far the best Primary Care doctor that I have had in my adult life! She truly cares and is extremely thorough! With all of the serious health problems I have had this year, she has gone above and beyond to be there in the capacity that I've needed. She communicates with my specialists and is very responsive!! I wish my whole family could have her as a PCP.

Dr. Bautista is excellent at patient care! She listened to my needs and gave me the best plan of action. She is very professional and caring. Never rushed the appointment or disregarded my feelings. The office is great from the initial check-in process to when you're leaving. Highly recommend!
