Just called to set up an appointment and the girl who took my call should NOT be taking calls. She was distracted the entire time during our conversation and not acknowledging my questions. Unable to make an appointment convenient to my work schedule.Calling Lens Crafters. I won't be going back to this office.

Call me a throwback but I preferred the place on Copperfield next to the old Silver Cross but this is nice too being state of the art and all.

Very professional office. New location is on Infantry and is gorgeous ,modern,and very up to date. Surprised to see that in Joliet. Dr. Rassouli was very thorough, patient, and, easy to understand. If you have eye problems... Go there.
