Wow! My mother and I had such an amazing experience seeing Dr. Bond for the first time as new patients the other day! We previously met Dr. Bond when see made rounds as the nephrologist during one of my mother's previous hospital stays. Once she entered the office yesterday for our first visits, she immediately remembered us and asked our family was doing (this hospital visit was a few years ago)! Now that was such a nice feeling to be remembered after so long! Both of our visits were amazing! Dr. Bond discussed our histories with PKD and developed a plan for certain tests and bloodwork to really find out everything about our kidneys. This level of care is more than we received over the course of many years. You can see Dr. Bond is a true professional and definitely cares about her patients. She took so much time explaining everything, making recommendations and making sure we had all of our questions answered. After our visit, I was able to complete my bloodwork on site (definitely a plus)! After bloodwork, the checkout process was great! The administrative staff and nurse started the process to schedule our tests and provided copies of everything just in case we needed it. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt so comfortable. All of the staff, and Dr. Bond, are incredible! We are so happy we switched to Dr. Bond and 1000% recommend her! Our only regret is not transferring to Dr. Bond sooner!

Bond is great but the kidney care call center is awful. They constantly call and never understand what the doctor has previously communicated.

My experience Dr made a very scary visit and anxious visit calming for me. She explained what my numbers meant with great detail. I’m truly grateful for this doctor. She gave me the facts and we came up with a plan . No other specialist took the time they just gave me numbers and said my age cause this and that was that even if I asked questions. No optimism at all.

Dr. Bonds is absolutely wonderful! What a great doctor. The staff that they sourced out is horrible! Most of them barely speak English. They screw everything up. They need to go asap.

Dr Bond has great bed side manner . This was my first appt. With her she asked me lots of questions about my health record over the years , she explained exactly what was going on with my Kidneys , and she told me what I should expect over the next 6 months . Very informative!
