Had 2 melanoma surgeries, no pain very little scarring. Dr. Griffith, Rebecca, Jasmine, James
Doctor Loven is the best he took plenty of time to explain and his team follows you throughout the treatment with Dr Loven just a great atmosphere to see a doctor you are treated with much respect and the care and any questions are always answered Miss Peggy and the ladies in that part of the office are fantastic many thanks to everyone there
Person at front desk was not really friendly. My appointment was for a general screening and it was very rushed and not at all what I had experienced with other doctors. Frankly, it was a waste of time.
Office staff is a little screwed up. Doctors are nice and extremely knowledgeable(solved my years old skin problems), but they are really quick and don't give you much time.
Beware of over billing procedures and test. I had 1 mole clipped 1/4" at most in size that Doctor by passed during full body exam.Only until end of exam I double checked with him on this 1 single mole only because my wife asked me to, Only then did it become a issue and they wanted to clip off and Biopsy. On this day I paid co pay $45.00. Then I was contacted and was told something didn't look right to them that I needed to have it fully removed. I was told it would $245.00 on my part after insurance. Day of procedure I paid what was request to have procedure done and we proceeded. Only to have had over 2 inches removed on my chest down to muscle ending up in the emergency room 10 days later after post op procedure to have stitches removed. They remove stitches to soon the wound opened wide open to muscle again this cost me $375.00 to have restitched. Today in come have to receive a bill for their own Path lab work charging me another $327.58 . Now this 1/4" mole they cost me and my family $992.58. Only to be told there was no further concern it all check out as a normal mole I could lived with. after all. Remember I had to point out to doctor my wife's concern after his full body exam never questioning this 1/4" $100.00 mole. This place will take what they can make off you. They have no concern about charges they charge to you. The do pour stitching job all seven didn't work. And BTW during this procedure where i'm cut 2 inches wide open with doctor and nurse in room. The nurse was coughing and making stuffy nose sounds spreading germs with wearing a surgical mask while this doctor has me cut wide open. The doctor had to ask her twice to put it on. Only to have finished with 1 minute after she finally listened to him. I would not recommend any of their locations with poor practicing procedure for germs and pour judgement of when to remove stitches and when not to. I was okay with all these flags and wasn't going to place a review until this bill comes in after all this said and done. Please beware and this billing practice you guys do should be against the law. My name Atwell Hill Acc#RGD70364
Really great experience. To start with, the website is great. I was able to find and fill out my new patient forms ahead of time. The website was very clear with what to bring and what to expect. The staff was professional. I interacted with 2 nurses/aides as well as an independent phlebotomist representing LabCorp. Dr. Loven was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and eased my fears. His instructions to his nurse/aide were clear. I had blood work that Dr. Loven himself called to follow up about. My blood work results showed that I was diabetic. Dr. Loven reached out to a professional acquaintance for information and to make arrangements for me to be seen. His connection allowed me to become a new patient with a doctor not taking new patients. This sort of caring is head and tails above the sort of care that we seem to get from doctors nowadays. I HIGHLY recommend Loven Dermatology and, specifically, Dr. Loven.

Very lousy?? staff wasn't very friendly that worked in the back.
I saw Dr. Loven several times. I ended up switching to a different dermatologist because I wasn't seeing any results with Dr. Loven despite the fact that I religiously did everything he told me to do. The last straw was when I had an appointment scheduled for weeks. I arrived ten minutes early (to allow time for paperwork and parking). I ended up waiting for over an hour to see the doctor. Dr. Loven saw me 5 minutes before closing time for 2 minutes. I walked out with no new knowledge and no closer to 'fixing' my skin issue. I was appalled by the service, but more upset that I wasted an afternoon for nothing.
Dr. Loven himself and the nurses are great. However, the office staff in charge of appointments, not so fabulous. I’ve had to reschedule one appointment 3 times, all because the doctor will not be in on those dates that the staff scheduled me to be seen. The last call for me to reschedule is making me reconsider this practice because the woman was snarky over the fact that the days she had available were conflicting with my schedule.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
