Kirsten Flynn's Online Review Report Card

I made an appointment online, was texted the confirmation, emailed the patient forms, completed them and arrived on time for my appointment that I’d waited weeks for, only to be informed that their online scheduling tool was set up incorrectly and no one would be able to see me. They claimed someone had tried to call me to tell me I needed to reschedule but I never got any voicemail. Why did they not send any text or email about it while they were texting and emailing me things like patient form reminders??? Terrible, terrible. Unprofessional and lazy way to do business.

Dr. Flynn is wonderful.Very knowledgeable and personable.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Flynn's (3 months) but she has helped me more in those short 3 months than anyone skin related in my past. Only problem is that she has to be shared with other offices.

Dr. Flynn is not a people person, she won't take time to to talk to you about the visit. All we are, is just a number to her. I was not contacted via phone nor mail of her quitting Banner Dermatology.

Dr. Flynn is the best dermatologist that I have seen over the years. She is professional, friendly and caring. Takes time with her patients. I have had many basil and squamous cell situations that Dr. Flynn took care of with no problems. I refer people to her knowing they will be taken care of the way a doctor should,

I have been seeing Dr. Flynn for about 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I love her staff, especially Eleanor. They both spend a great deal of time with you answering any questions you may have and are always friendly, courteous and respectful.

I have seen Dr Flynn for the past 5 years, mostly regular annual skin check ups. Never knew I would need to see a dermatoligist coming from the midwest but in the Valley of the Sun you must see a dermatologist annually. Dr Flynn takes time to talk with you about how she will handle your check up or issues. She performs regular general skin procedures pretty much right away and explains the process for followup and results. She is fantastic and that is why it will take awhile to get in to see her. So if you are not in a rush take the time to wait to see her, she is worth it. Once you do see her, set up those annuals so you will be set with an appointment.

Dr. Flynn is refreshingly down to earth and easy to talk with. I've only been to see her once, but feel I'm very lucky to have been referred to her and she will remain my doctor of choice for any Dermalology type issues.

I have been suffering with dark skin rash for over a year. Although my primary doctor was not able to diagnose & treat both ailments, once I was in Dr. Kristian Flynns office, she examined, took skin samples gave an analysis, took blood work. The flared itching skin, scaling and dark spots became relieved, clearing up within 24 hours. I appreciate Dr. Flynns professionalism.
