Unfriendly office will never return openly hostile front desk. In previous visits were rushed and not thorough.

Rushed doctor with a nonchalant vibe. Went in for a sunspot removal and small cyst removal. (Both on my face) Dr Kim took a biopsy of the sunspot. She was told by me to totally remove the small cyst. She did her cuts. I came back one week later for results of the sunspot biopsy (negative for melanoma), but then she said a different department would burn the sunspot off at a later appointment. Next, we realized she had completely missed removing the cyst. So, I spent just over $1,400 for just about nothing except for 2 scars on my face from her work, and I still have the sunspot and the cyst. Frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve seen Dr. Kim only once. She is clearly knowledgeable, but is also extremely cold and condescending. I’ve requested a referral to see someone else.

I cannot believe how non-customer oriented this company is. I saw the Chandler office for several years and we now have a billing issue. I contacted the Chandler office at least 4 times to get this fixed and they do not want to deal with it. When I got a notice of collection from Spectrum, I called to explain the situation to the 'main' billing office, Susie, she was absolutely rude. No, it's not a matter of not paying the bill and being irresponsible. It's a matter of the wrong code to the insu

Dr. Kim is a caring and very professional practitioner. I would highly recommend her. Her offices and staff are wonderful as well.

Dr. Kim has a great education, an easily accessed wealth of knowledge, a caring and kind demeanor, and she has put together an excellent patient experience, from walk in to check out. I actually hesitate to write this, because it may make it more difficult for ME to see her; nonetheless, she deserves the accolades.
