Dr. Ecker has a very kind and approachable demeanor. He is a great listener and was very sympathetic to my issue. Furthermore, he displayed a level of conscientiousness that I've never seen before in a doctor: after our discussion was finished, he popped back in and asked if I was waiting for anything or there was anything he could get for me. I answered no, as I was waiting to give a urine sample. I was so impressed that he wanted to make sure I wasn't waiting unnecessarily. On a final note, his staff was excellent as well. They were punctual, professional, and personable.
Best guy I've been to. Would highly recommend to family, friends, or anyone.

Thorough annual exam, explains concerns in detail; respectful, sincere; answers questions taking his time to make sure I knew he understood my concerns as well as the options he offered. Gracious, knowledgeable, respectful staff. Beth - absolutely a perfect nurse.

Am being treated for two skin cancers. Both Dr. Phil Ecker and Dr. Sam Ecker are the best. Their entire staff is beyond efficient, caring and always using the best, most up to date treatments available.

Dr. Ecker was professional, approachable and listened. I did not feel rushed and I felt that he thoroughly handled my concerns. I would recommend to anyone. The staff was also very helpful and professional.
Dr. Ecker was great. But the clinic staff (including nurses) will make you dance! I have made more than 5 calls to the clinic staff asking them to call in the authorization for a Talz prescription that Dr. Ecker prescribed for me. My 5 calls are in addition to my pharmacy's phone calls (Accredo) to them asking them for authorization. Today, when got through to the nurse whom I called last Thursday, she tells me that she has million things to do, and she has already called Accredo (they deny it) and asked me to call her again on Monday and remind her to make the call. There is only one way to reach the clinic - by telephone. No way to send an email to a general patient line. Just one phone number. Those of you who want to go there, good luck!
