Evelyn Rodriguez's Online Review Report Card

Butchered my c section, made me feel horrible for advocating for myself. Put in my notes that she discussed possible NICU time for my baby but she never discussed that with my husband or myself.

Dr. Rodriguez is always prepared for each visit, it’s clear she reviews my medical history before each visit. She’s warm and pleasant in her demeanor. She gives good advice and is thorough during our visits along with requesting necessary follow-ups.

Dr. Rodriguez has been my OB for about 7 yrs. She's honest and knows how to speak to you in clear terms, while also ensuring you feel heard. She delivered my first born not too long ago. She was amazing. Had such a positive attitude throughout, which helped my nervous new mom feels. It was one easy (crazy!) and funny (she joked w/me to help ease me) delivery. 10-10 recommend her!

Was a patient of this facility for over 40 years. Never in four appointments did they tell me they did not take my insurance, they did thousands of dollars of tests, and after all that they told me it was my fault for not checking my insurance. Payed monthly but because I didn’t set up a payment plan turned me over to collections, even though I spoke to four different employees about what happened. Doctor actually looked at my insurance before sending me for tests. This office was the top of the line in the area. Everyone went there. Will never go back. After 40 years they had no record of me, didn’t know any of my medical history and treated me like a patient that was never seen in this office. Apparently now it was about the money. Would NEVER go back!!

She talks to you with attitude. She has no respect for her patients whatsoever. First and last visit.

Condescending, ran late to our scheduled induction at the hospital, and had poor bedside manner postpartum. I want to personally thank you for treating me awfully. To those reading this review, I strongly recommend Dr. Richard Barton in Downers Grove. He handled our second birth smoothly, and handled us wonderfully.

When I was pregnant with my 4th child, I thought she was very knowledgeable during my office visits. However, I had the worst experience with her when I delivered my son. She did not believe me when I was in labor even though he was my 4th. She kept trying all different things to see if my labor would progress, which it doesn't so I need to have C-sections. Then after a nurse checked to see if I was dialating more, I felt a gush of fluids thinking my water broke, and Dr. Rodriguez had the nerve to ask if I had stuck something inside me recently. What?! I will never go back to her again. She was the worst doctor at this office, and I have been going there for almost 20 years.

If your looking for someone who will look out for your best health interest and spend the appropriate time going over the procedures than this is not the right OB/GYN to go with.

I would never recommend for any of my relatives/friends to see this OB/GYN. Saw the reviews before visiting this provider and do not know why she got such great reviews. She spend about 5 mins in the room, she didn't go over anything other than hear the baby's heartbeat and left the room. I have stoped seeing this OB and will not return.
