I was extremely satisfied with the treatment I received at Athletico Physical Therapy. My Physical Therapist was Mrs. Melissa Hawkins. I was so blessed to have her. Athletico and all the staff adapted to my needs and helped me so much. She understood I wanted to get back to my sports and regular routines and adapted to my physical needs and got me back to my regular self. They understood what I needed and now I am stronger than before. As a former patient I would highly recommend Athletico to anyone who is seeking physical therapy, they will find satisfaction there. I am SO thankful for the help from the Athletico folks at Lake Barrington Shores. In 4 weeks, my shoulder is so much better. Melissa’s knowledge and kind encouragement worked wonders. And helpers Jill and Carly were fun. I’m almost sorry that the physical therapy is over. 😆

Melissa and Carli were fantastic helping me rehab from hip replacement surgery in March/April. Just the right PT to get my strength and mobility to where I was given the green light for all activity from my surgeon after 6 weeks. Golf, hiking, climbing all resumed!

My experience here at Athletico has been amazing! Melissa, my physical therapist, set goals for me, and I met them all in less than 5 weeks! My therapy sessions were designed perfectly for me! I highly recommend this location if you are in need of physical therapy! It is the best!!

Twice over the past 10 months, Melissa and her team at Athletico have given me amazing, personable, and effective treatment. First, she treated me following a total knee replacement in March 2021. Most recently, she treated me for a lower back injury in January 2022. In each case, I promptly resumed my physically active lifestyle following the course of treatment. In the unfortunate event that I require Melissa’s expertise in the future, I’ll be very fortunate to have her as a go-to resource.
