Today 07/27/2022, I had an appointment with Dr. Kessel at 2:00pm. I made this appointment approximately 2 weeks ago. It’s written on my refrigerator calendar, so it might as well be chiseled in stone! No mistake, I made the appointment! I arrived at Dr. Kessel’s office at 1:50pm, and signed my name on their sign in sheet. Several people arrived after me, signed in, and we were all waiting. One young lady at their front desk was in a tizzy about something she couldn’t find, and she was having this lengthy discussion with a male person who was in the same location! One person who came after me was called into the back to see a Doctor, then another, then another! Finally I approached the front desk and spoke to the young lady that still couldn’t find whatever she was looking for, and asked her why I wasn’t being called, and why people were going in for their appointments, and not me! Firstly, she told me that I didn’t have an appointment? Then, she stated that she crossed my name of the sign in sheet because she though I was checked in? Why would she do that, without first ascertaining wether or not I was checked in? Finally, I was called into the back, and placed into an exam room, where I waited until I was tired of waiting! I then got up, and left the room, and also told the young lady that had initially crossed my name off that I was leaving! Dr. Kessel, hopefully someone will bring this issue to your attention because your system has flaws! Needless to say I will not be scheduling any further appointments with you! Also, you can rest assured that I will repeat todays events many times over! My time is valuable too!

A yearly check up after the observation of possibly pre cancerous activity on my scalp due to years of sun abuse. They checked out my scalp, addressed my issue, and off I went, with a return for follow up in 6 months
