List of Riley M. Minster's Reviews
I am extremely disappointed by this doctor and his office. I am a first time parent, with a daughter that was prematurely born and had to spend a month in the NICU (she is 6 weeks old). One night, my daughter had difficulty breathing, we had to perform the Heimlich maneuver for several minutes. After our daughter recovered, we panicked and ran to the doctors office (this being our first ever, frightening parent event). Since it was after 5pm, Dr. Margret Nelson and her staff met us with contempt and hostility. The next day, Dr. Riley Minster berated me saying our behavior was belligerent (he wasn't even there that night). After everything we have been through with our daughter, I am not sure that any parent can be behave can behave 'properly' in this situation. As a pediatricians office, I don't think its too much for a little bit compassion and understanding from our doctor and his staff.
Super friendly and really smart. Great office. Takes the time to diagnose my child correctly.
He has been our kids doctor for several years - he is really terrific. I almost do not want to write this to keep him to our family! He is very compassionate and caring and is great with the kids. We like all of the doctors in the practice, but we always request him.
Very good detail doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
