Dr. Bucy took the time to talk to me, and learn what I was needing in a doctor. She made me feel comfortable and allowed me to ask questions. I needed a doctor who wasn’t uptight, but who was genuinely interested in my health. I found all that with Dr. Busy,and happily will recommend her to others

After finding out my obygn left at Arron Piles , Bucy took over part time at that office in Florissant, MO. I am dealing with PCOS and made an appointment to folllow-up on my PCOS, because I was still having concerns. The obgyn before her was awesome and performed tests/blood to figure out what hormones were off. It had been a year since my last appointment, Bucy did not run any tests or see what hormones were still off. Bucy, also mentioned I might have low testosterone based off what she saw and what I told her. I mentioned that my testosterone from last appointment was very high. Bucy, looked at her nurse and asked what it was. I was correct. I also mentioned I am gaining stomach weight. Bucy, said my overall body fat is fine. She is correct, in OVERALL but my stomach body fat is NOT fine. She didn't even try to find out why my stomach area is gaining a lot of fat. I workout and eat healthy and it was a concern, problem and I wanted to see what hormones were off that could be causing it. The lack of care, prior knowledge of patients, and NOT performing test/blood work is why I won't be seeing her again.

Dr. Bucy delivered my son by csection and was amazing throughout my entire pregnancy. The nurses were friendly, front desk staff always greeted me with a smile and were up front of there were any delays that day due to Dr. Bucy being in surgery. I felt at ease during my pregnancy because of this collection of people. I had wanted to do a VBAC and that’s what we planned up until the end, she told me this may not be the healing birth we had planned and said she would still try whatever I wanted but she wanted to be very honest with me due to my previous pregnancy. I now have a perfect little boy and my csection recovery was nothing short of amazing.

She doesn't care about your pain I had surgery she gave me pain meds for one week I was still in pain she gave me a script well they don't make that med anymore so I called her 3 times no call back I went in I sat for 2 hours an gave up she never responded she stated before she was afraid to prescribe anything but considering I had surgery you would think she would want to have helped so I suffered in pain for weeks the office is just as bad not returning calls etc I had to reschedule my surgery because the nurse failed to tell me I needed test before hand

Dr. Bucy Nancy is very professional and passinate. One very exception service that impresses me is that she communicates with her patient by messenges. It does not matter if it is evening or holidays, or if you are out of town, you will get her replies to easy the worries. I heard that she would postpone her family holiday party to go to the hospital to deliver a baby when she was on vacation. I would highly recommend Dr. Bucy Nancy

I seen Dr Bucy and she talked me into a hysteroscopy and ablation I had heavy bleeding I had my procedure scheduled the scheduler was awful didn't tell me I needed blood work ultrasound and exam less than 24 hrs before surgery the hospital called to say no surgery because insurance wouldn't cover it because of those things so a month we tried again I got the procedure done a week after I go to see Dr Bucy and I tell her I'm still in pain she says I shouldn't be well I was it was bad she tries to give me something similar to ibuprophen says shes scared to prescribe anything stronger so the pharmacy says they dont make the med anymore she prescribed so they called the office to get a different script she ignored their calls mine as well I called 2 times and messaged her once still nothing so i had to be in pain for 2 more weeks she just dropped me like i didn't matter after my surgery tried to see her twice after that and I waited over an hour in the waiting room still nothing like she was ignoring me so I left the office is just as bad wont answer any refills nothing and is horrible about call backs Dr Bucy is the worst just abandons you after a procedure I wouldn't ever go back just awful

Dr Bucy has terrible bed side manner. I stopped going to her after she tried to convince me to have a procedure that would not allow me to have children. I was only 32 at the time with no children and had some heavy bleeding she suggested that I have an ablation. She even seemed offended when I told her no I want children some day and if there was another option. I started going to another ob and found out it was just a hormonal imbalance. If I hadn't known any better and allowed her to talk me into the ablation I wouldn't have my beautiful babies. I would not recommend her.

First time seeing her and she had no information on me in the room at all and had no clue why i was there and had a pap done left the sample on the desk unlabeled then left then i left and had to come back for a pelvic ultra sound that she wanted me to do 15 minutes after i left had to call the office to go back and then after the ultra sound and 3 days later i saw that i had RX'S in pharmacy but have no idea i had them and no idea what for and still no idea and she was to look over the results and i was to call her later that day which i did and she did not call me that was a Thursday and on Friday i called her 3 times and no call back then i called her on that Monday and no call nurse said i dont have to take medicines if i didnt want to but i had no idea what it was for this was the most confusing and stressful appointment i ever had. she did not take much time to listen and i felt rushed the whole visit
