List of Lalaine D. Vitug Pacis's Reviews
Dr. Vitug Pacis is not a very good doctor. She is always very rushed and has misdidglosed both of my children. My daughter had mono and this doctor was positive that she had strep. After the strep test came back negative as well as the extend culture cane back negative. She still treated her as if she had step including anti biotics. My daughter just got worse so we went to see her again. She started brainstorming out loud the worst possible serierios that made no sense like heart disease. This scared by daughter a lot. She bedside manor is ver innopropitate and inconsiderate. She finally went to the hospital because my daughter got worse and the doctor immediately knew it was mono.
Outstanding doctor she took care of my kids and now cares for my grandkids . The most loving caring compassionate person .
This is the best doctor I could have get for my daughters. I had two different pediatricians before I moved to Lake Zurich and I couldn't find a better doctor. Always smiling, always positive, great advise. My kids adore her! Very knowledgeable, patient and loving. Perfect person to work with kids.
I like the office and it is very easy to get an appointment there. However, we need to find a different pediatrician, as Dr. Vitug-Pacis is not a good doctor and most of all she lacks common sense. On several occasions she sent my daughter for tests, x-rays and to specialists that were not necessary. This has cost us a lot of money and aggravation. As an example, my daughter had a cut on her leg and she sent her to the hospital for x-rays and then, even though the x-rays came back normal (shockingly!), she insisted we see an orthopedic surgeon. She did not want to clear my daughter to participate in sports without that visit. Needless to say, the orthopedic surgeon could not even keep a straight face when I told him the story. This is just one example of craziness she put us through, not to mention the money we and the insurance company spent. No wonder insurance is so expensive! I understand she needs to cover herself, but a little common sense is a must for me.
Dr. Vittug-Pacis put inaccurate information in my childs chart.
Dr. Vitug-Pacis is a thorough, caring, physician. She listens carefully to my children and to me when we explain what is wrong. She respects the children. I have been to doctors who dismiss children and their thoughts, so this is a big deal to me. She follows up with us after illness, new medicine, etc. I am confident in her treatment of my children. She knows them extremely well having seen them for the past 16 years. She was the only physician to sit down and talk to me 2 days post partum with my second child who had a traumatic delivery. My OB and the hospital staff did not inform me the real danger my son was in, or that he had almost been strangled during delivery. Dr. V-P showed me, helped me understand what to look for to make sure there were no further complications as a result. She is an excellent physician and I would not take my children to any other practice. Thank you, Doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
