I had Ayesha for my therapist. She was absolutely great. She pushed me, but it worked out well. I still have work to do, but I can walk without the pronounced limp I had when I started. She also gave me some easy to follow exercises I can do at home and she has the most pleasant personality. Thanks Athletico. Dorothy

It was almost a foregone conclusion that my knee needed to be surgically repaired. However, before the it was concluded, my Doctor wanted me to go to physical therapy to see if surgical repair could be avoided. I wanted a facility in close proximity of my home. I looked at a few facilities in the area and decided on Athletico. I was assigned Justin Ragsdale, DPT. He listened to my complaint and assessed my knee and we began a short journey with limited improvement and both my Doctor and Justin concluded that PT was only mildly successful. It was decided to surgically repair my knee. This honest assessment boosted my confidence in Athletico because I felt they were looking out for my best interest and this was not a money grab. I returned to Justin for post-surgical rehabilitation. Justin reviewed my surgical procedure and explained his methods of treatment. He compiled a thorough plan with milestones to check my progress. He progressively increased my activities to my physical tolerances. Today was my last day and my knee feels wonderful. I am also compelled to continue exercising and strengthening my knee because I feel ready to resume my normal activities and also incorporate sporting activities that I had given up on. Thank you, Justin, for pushing me but not over powering me. Thank you for your professionalism, superior understanding of PT, and for your pleasant demeanor while your exceptional skills were responsible for the rehabilitation of my knee.

Athletico Physical Therapy in Lansing is the most organized, friendly, clean and hard-working staff!!! I'm a couch potato needing post surgery therapy and therapist Kristine challenges me in a careful way, to do better each visit. I always leave there feeling stronger and better. Dr. Justin Ragdale, is the physical therapist that handles my case. I've been through a lot even crying like a baby, slow but surely he takes good care of me one step at a time. He's very compassionate, professional, lot of patience in dealing with my pain. I feel like a new person now. I got my life back.
