Guptill Gloria's Online Review Report Card

I come from a family of doctors and nurses. I KNOW what good medicine is. Dr. Guptill is a rare and precious find. Even in these days when rushed appointments and impersonal medicine are the norms, she is focused, compassionate, and very present with her patients. She explains things fully, so they understand why something is prescribed or suggested. She welcomes a patient being a "co-conspirator" and listens and discusses as they find additional ways to improve their health on their own. She is open minded without following fads. She does research to look at alternatives or new information. She is immediately responsive when a patient has a question or a problem. She engages with a patient head, hands and heart. She is, without question, the best physician (outside of my family) that I have ever encountered. If you are looking for a new GP, you can find no better.

This was a wonderful Doctor who is no longer available to her patients. The majority of care is now provided by NP’s or PA’s. Now those people aren’t readily available, sometimes for weeks for urgent matters.

Since she has become Facebook famous I can no longer get an appointment. I rarely have contact with her anymore and can only speak to PA’s or NP’s in the office that I have never met or heard of. Questions that were once answered by calling her nurse are now charged as Telemed appointments with a NP or PA.

No longer available to her patients. We are being passed off to PA’s and NP’s. Now even the NP’s are overbooked or just unavailable and are scheduling a phone call to answer a simple question for a week away.

Doctor Guptill has been my Internist for several years now. I highly recommend her and have referred many to her. She is an excellent physician and has a wonderful rapport with her patients. Dr. Guptill is very thorough in her approach, compassionate, and returns messages promptly. She cares! You never feel rushed during your medical visits with her, answering all questions with clarity. We are all blessed to have her overseeing our medical care at COMMUNITY CARE!

Not good. I'm surprised by the high ratings. My last annual physical was a look into both ears and confirmation that there was no wax in either. That was it other than her typing the concerns I had listed on an index card.

I can't say enough. Best doctor I ever had.
