Nova Health Urgent Care-Lebanon's Online Review Report Card

Got my bill. Paid a hundred cash. Was there for 10 minutes tops and got a bill for 288.63.. "for ten minutes".Next time I'll being going to Samaritan Healthcare. It's atleast affordable.

When I injured my ankle several months ago they were pretty nice to me, but this time around, when I desperately needed an emergency prescription, I was treated like a junkie. Doctor was incredibly condescending and talked to me like I was stupid, I was so worried she'd deny my scrip, or even give me a false scrip. Reading reviews, it looks like this has been a problem for a while. Aren't you going to do anything about this?

I went to Nova Health Urgent Care in July of last year 2021 and have no insurance. I had to pay 100.00 to be seen and almost a year later May 2022 I received a bill for 709.00 in which they gave me a self pay credit of 241.84 and 100.00 of that was money i paid to be seen. I am giving a 1 star review because there was not an option for a lesser star. This is absolutely insane. I called to complain about the cost of the bill and the lady told me that there were notes on my account that said I had Covid which I did not. When I left that office I was told I had Bronchitis, and she said there is no more government funding for COVID, so the bills are getting passed back down to the patients. She said my only options were to set up a payment plan or to apply for financial assistance which I know I make just a little bit to much and would not qualify for it. So here I sit almost a year later with a bill for almost 500.00. I am totally unhappy with this bill especially since I received it almost a year later and am getting text messages and bills in the mail saying it's due in 15 days. If I would have went to Samaritan Health Urgent Care it would have been half the cost. I will never go back to this Urgent Care EVER! I know half of the town and will make sure everyone knows this place is a rip off. I will recommend Samaritan Urgent Care instead especially if you have no insurance!

I had driven all over looking for a place that could complete my TB assessment form for work and was getting frustrated. Called Nova and instead of being told, we don’t do that, the lady on the phone started asking questions about the form, then she would go away and come back and ask more questions, finally she said, “Yep, we can do that for you!” It’s getting harder to find people that will take the extra steps and time to be focused and helpful and I was so appreciative. I got to the facility five minutes later, and was out ten minutes later with my completed paperwork. Everyone was extremely nice and efficient. I hope I don’t need to go back for a visit, but if I do, I’m glad we have this place in town!!!

Thanks for seeing me I had surgery in that area two times and I get irritated there sometimes just want to be sure it’s not coming back I am having a little trouble getting help due to chronic illness and pain thanks Carol Brower

First time I went for a UTI and the doctor I had was incredibly nice and listened, but this time when I went for a cough not going away with a history of pneumonia, the doctor was dismissive and rude. She didn’t even wear her mask over her nose, didn’t introduce herself, wouldn’t listen to my medical history, talked to me like I was stupid like I didn’t know my own medical history, and didn’t even say anything when she left. Literally just walked out of the door. She also told me not to come back unless I have a fever of 107??? You’re supposed to seek help if your fever is 104! Maybe don’t be a medical professional if you don’t actually want to do the job and listen to patients when they come to you with issues. I ended up just declining anything but an inhaler refill and I’ll just go to Samaritan from now on just to avoid her.

Nice group of people! Quick in and out. I would recommend them.

The staff was fantastic and friendlyEven made my little guy feel special because it was his birthday ❤️.

I walked in on a Monday early evening to a completely empty waiting room. I was taken back before I finished filling out the paperwork since it was my first time there, and the dr came in immediately after the rn left. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and I have no doubt I was the only patient in that building. Staff was very kind, courteous, and patient, even as I finished the paperwork in the lobby after the short procedure. Very excited to have an urgent care close to home.

Great care from friendly people. Very helpful and there wasn't a wait time. Plenty of parking and easy access.
