Always kind and listens to you. I appreciate that the doctor wants to see my daughter, examine, then give advice. The whole office is nice and welcoming.

WORST doctor ever.my daughter is sick I just called the office to talk with doctor to let me know what to give my daughter.she didnt bother to call me back and told the lady who works in the front desk that shes busy and cant answer but I have to make an appointment for tomorrow!!! Woowwwwww so Stupid. I do not reccoment you guys to choose this kind of doctors who doesnt care for your babys health

Both of my children are current existing patients. Our daughter was experiencing intermittent diarrhea and vomiting with a worsening cough. Marina, the receptionist, would not fit us in to an appointment that either my husband or myself could make regardless of our situation, daughters current condition and history of ear infections. She said Dr. Patel declined to for us in. The doctors are good in the room but the practice is lacking compassion and genuine care for patient needs.

Dr. Patel and staff are very professional and take the time to explain things that aren't clear. I email my glucose/insulin logs at least every two weeks. They respond promptly to questions and cooncerns. I highly recommend this practice. The ONLY downfall is parking-there is a free valet service, but sometimes it's faster to drive around and find your own spot!
