The office staff forgot to check me in and I sat in the lobby for an hour. They send you bills months later and tried to bill me multiple times for annual physicals that are covered by insurance. The payment and appointment scheduling system is outdated and if you don’t use it correctly to reschedule an appointment they will charge you a $50 no show fee even if you call. Our whole family changed to Duly and it is much more user friendly and modern.
