This place is short staffed. Called and no one answered. Drove 45 mins and said that they were too busy, but no one else was there. The gal mentioned I should’ve made an appointment, but no one answered. She said she could take me if I waited which was fine. She was about to turn me away and it was more than 3 hours before closing. She mentioned that she was short staffed which I understand and not sure why she was left in that position. Someone else was turned away and it was just me there. Called next day asked if she could email me proof I was there and still haven’t received anything.

I attended here for a pre employment drug test on 11/12 and after taking the sample, I was informed by Lori that nothing else was needed and I left. My new employer never received the sample and delayed my start date until I re did the test.When I returned on 11/24, I was asked to sign both the sample and a separate form which I was not asked to do on my first appointment. Steve was incredibly rude and accused me of lying or not going to the facility. I recommend avoiding this facility entirely if you want it to be done on time or competenly.

When I got there it twas not busy, so the nurse helped me sign in and then took me in right away got the test done and I was on my way. She was really nice and helpful, I wish I could remember names better so that I could've said her name and not just nurse, lol. Def my place to go to whenever I'll need anything in the future and its near by
