I saw Dr Caronis back late 2020 after I had a fall. He said there was nothing to worry about with my herniated disc MRI and looked at me in the eyes while I sobbed (after I crutched in to his office in debilitating pain) more than once telling me that there is nothing wrong with my back and leg. He did not give me an explanation for my pain and said it didn't exist leading me to develop a chronic pain trigger similar to PTSD. (I feel pain, hear in my head "there is nothing wrong with your leg" then have a panic attack since the pain is so severe and I feel helpless.) I found doctors who really cared and they found my problem A YEAR LATE. Which Dr Caronis over looked. He just thought I was coming in for pills or something but he treated me like S!#@ and he was not empathetic at all. I will never return to see him or reccomend anyone to him. 0 stars if I could.

changing my review from one star to five. as good as the doctor is, some staff was severely lacking. they tried to make us pay for a defective boot. the initial rep (laurie) even hung up on me while discussing it. it's been decades since someone did that!! then, second call to office manager martha went MUCH better. once hearing our side, she agreed with us and told us not to worry about it. it's tough when reviewing this kind of service. you actually have the physician himself (who gets 12 stars for empathy, knowledge, and bedside manner!) and his supporting staff. i would not hesitate to have dr. caronis give me advise or surgery if i needed it.

Best DOCTOR EVER, WITH A EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER. Lori and the rest of the Team are A Plus just like Dr Caronis. EXCELLENT SURGEON!!!

My experience was excellent. I have seen him on numerous problems and results very positive. Dr Cornis is a good listener and compassinate person.

Incompetent staff ignores the details I report. They call me to suggest "page-1" obvious remedies after I've already been doing it all for 14 months but the remedies do not help. I requested Dr. Caronis call me directly to address communication concerns and instead his PA calls me from my message. Calling back their office takes you 10-15 minutes to get past their phone-op gatekeeper to then make you wait more as they type your message, often inaccurately. What happens if you undergo surgery and develop post-op issues and you must go through these awful communication channels?
