Dr. Joyce Muni is very professional and the office staff was very friendly. Highly recommend! Edit: I’m taking 2 starts OFF because she refuses to take patients without Covid-19 vaccination, they told me when I called to make an appointment for my son.

Dr Muni never ceases to amaze me ! She is thorough and has your best interest at heart. Simply the best !

I've been a patient of Dr Muni for several years and she is the best Ophthalmologist I've seen. She is a true role model as a doctor. Her office is clean, appointments run on time, she takes the time to listen and respond to questions and has been there when I've had eye emergencies. STRONGLY RECOMMEND DR MUNI!

I have been seeing Dr. Muni for many years and she is a true professional. She is an expert ophthalmologist and is also a compassionate caring physician. I have never had a problem scheduling appointments and she has always made time to see me for emergencies or special circumstances. I have glaucoma and recently had a sudden vision impairment. Dr. Muni saw me immediately and worked with me over a two-week period to define the problem and correct it. She also caught a potentially life-threatening problem of my husband’s and worked through his doctor to get him seen in the E.R. ASAP! Her staff is also great, especially Darcy at the front desk.

I have been a patient of Dr Muni for many years. She has always provided superior care of myy vision. She works with you to get the best possible clarity and comfort and is proactive in preventing vision problems in the future.

She's a great doctor, but I'm moving on. Trying to reach her office to schedule an appointment is akin to relying on the Texas power grid during a cold snap. She's probably close to retirement and doesn't care, but if I'm wrong, it's time to join the new world where people can actually reach the office to make an appointment easily.

I think Dr. Muni is very knowledgeable and good at what she does, but she is not very friendly. A bit condescending and rude. But does know what she’s talking about. I’ll be switching to a new eye doctor in hopes of a better bedside manner.

Outrageous fees! $400 for an eye exam which I didn't find out about until billed later. Apparently being an ophthalmologist rather than an optometrist justifies the more than triple cost. Nothing she did was any different than any other eye care professional that I've seen. Besides charging a ridiculous amount, that is, and reminding me how much better she is than an optometrist. Very arrogant. Fitted me with contacts which I complained of poor vision but was told to leave in for several hours. Dr Muni had another lens in hand I could try but rushed me out instead of ensuring I was satisfied. She said I could just drop in to try the other lens if I called ahead. So I called ahead and was told I needed an appointment. Really? It takes 5 minutes to pop in a lens and read the chart. I told the receptionist that Dr Muni said to just stop by but that made no difference. Apparently my time is of no value to them. My advice is to go elsewhere. Paying a premium is fine when there's added value. But with Dr. Muni there is no added value. In fact you get less than what you pay for. Avoid!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Muni's for over 30 years. She is very thorough and really cares about your vision needs. She is willing to work with you to get the best results for you. I trust her with all our family vision needs.

This was my second visit to see Dr. Muni . I think she is a great and very thorough doctor. The only problem I had was I waited 45 minutes to be seen. No one said anything to me. I finally asked how much longer it would be because I had to pick grandkids up from school. The staff wasn’t apologetic about my wait and said this was usual. Dr. Muni apologized for being so behind but also seemed annoyed with me that I had said something. I’m going to give them one more chance because I like her as a doctor but will stop using her if this is the norm and not the exception. My time is valuable too!
