Peter Thadani's Online Review Report Card

My experience with Dr. Thadani and the IBJI team was a very positive experience. I have had osteoarthritis in both knees for over 10 years. Various treatments of injections, acupuncture and medication were no longer effective and I knew my last option was a knee replacement. I was very nervous about the procedure, but after much research I scheduled the right knee to be done by Dr. Thadani in July 2022. The surgery went very well, and I was able to walk and climb stairs in the hospital and go home the same day. In-house therapy started the next day, and my therapist James was focused and very kind. I continued the exercises 3 times a day until I started out-patient PT sessions. My pain level was a "6" at its worst and usually a 5. I was able to work online at my part time job the second week at home. I returned to work 6 weeks after surgery, able to drive myself. Back at the job, a coworker commented that my "penguin-like" gait was gone and I was walking much straighter. It is hard to explain how good it feels to be pain free after years of suffering with daily discomfort. I am so grateful to Dr. Thadani and his team, especially Sarah and Jen, for my life changing surgery. I am looking forward to having my left knee done July 2023, and after that there will be no stopping me. Joan Rinaldi

Dr. Thalami replaced my left knee. After having rotor cuff surgery, it was like a day at the Beach. I am having hip issues, and will wait however long it takes to see him again 🤗

First of all, I am a supersenior (Age89) dealing with medical issues which go over and beyond concerns I had for my degraded right knee. None of these poses a threat to my wellbeing and quality of life, but the bad knee did, so I opted to do replace it and then researched availability and competency of surgeons available to do it. Dr. Thadani emerged at the top and the work luckily for me he was available in a relatively short time. My preop interview revealed him to be friendly, efficient, honest and forthright. Now, after surgery, I am more impressed than ever. He has been attentive, concerned and caring yet straightforward and efficient. He is supported by a highly competent group of PA’s, nurses and administrators. Most importantly, I have first hand testimonial that his work on my knee was exceptional. I am ahead of schedule on rehab, and I was told that this can only happen when the surgery is perfect. Thank you, Dr. Thadani.

Had to wait over an hour but it was worth it. Dr. Thadani is wonderful.

Dr Thadani has performed two total knee replacement surgeries on me. I have been very pleased with the outcome of the surgeries. I have found Dr Thadani to be an excellent and very caring doctor.

Everything is as it should be. Everybody is doing their job well. The only problem is PT. I had hip surgery two years ago and still have not been able to have PT. Have given all my info to 3 PT companies, They have all indicated that I'm approved and then they disappear with no word. They are all aware that I need inhouse service from the start as I'm on a limited budget and three times a week times four weeks takes almost all of my spendable income. I have my own apartment. That means no food. Bad news!!!

Dr. Thadani is kind, personable, and very professional. He answered my questions in plain English and has never made me feel as if he was rushing to get to the next patient. I would recommend him to anyone having knee or hip problems. He did a hip replacement for me 7 or 8 years ago and I haven't had any problems since. He's a great doctor.

IBJI is the absolute best! From the front desk to the PA’s and especially the Doctors. I started out with a completely torn right rotator cuff, only to have Dr. Chams repair it 100%. Then a completely torn left rotator cuff, once again Dr. Chams performed his magic! I thought he was my Hero, then I became bone on bone and needed right hip replacement. Dr. Thadani is Remarkable. Only then to need left hip replacement 4 years later, and of course I trust my life with Dr. Thadani. I’m completely out of pain and have full mobility back. I recommend IBJI to everyone that has orthopedic issues! They’re not just excellent surgeons, but they’re kind, compassionate and really listen and answer all of your concerns! ☮️❤️ Dr. Thadani & team and Dr. Chams & team!

Professional, friendly team of people. Dr. Thadani is thorough and has provided clear information on both hip and knee issues. His team of PAs, nurses, and techs are proficient and friendly in all interactions. I highly recommend them!
