Robert Levine's Online Review Report Card

I was looking for a new eye doctor for my daughter, came across Dr. Levine just searching on line! Toni at the front desk was informative and helpful. The nice lady who fitted my daughter for her glasses was very helpful as well and patient with my daughters many choices for new frames! Dr. Levine was awesome!! He explained everything so my daughter could understand and he was funny and kind! What a great office! I would recommend this eye doctor to everyone!!

Now here's a Dr. to avoid like the plague. Guy gets my prescription wrong. I then buy 3 sets of glasses and clearly the same problem with one eye isn't a manufacturing issue. So, I return for another check. This guy says "amazing that your eyesight changed in just 30 days." I respond: "Yeah. Amazing." Not liking my tone, he abruptly dashes off a new scrip. I get the glasses lenses all replaced - and they're still off. I get a checkup from another Dr. and she says error suggests malicious intent. Prescription requirements don't change in a month's time and a follow up re-examination shouldn't be THAT far off. All could've been avoided had he admitted an honest mistake reading his instrument or transcribing his notes. But no. So this Dr. IS a malicious sack OS. Avoid the hassle. of checking him out. Steer clear.

He did not have good manners & blew his nose & did not use disinfected soap after that. He seemed confused about which picture was which eye. He wants you to see him every 6 months but my Ins. Co. will not pay for 6-month appointments - only for 1 year appointments. His Billing Dept. is terribly & tried charging me 2x for services that I had already paid for with a check so I had proof.

Dr. Levine and his staff have been wonderful. My husband was the first to see him and just raved about how knowledgeable and friendly Dr. Levine was so we made appointments for our whole family. He has diagnosed eye issues that were missed by previous doctors for each of my children. I am so grateful for his professionalism and his intelligence.

My family is new to the area, and both had appointments to see Dr. Levine on the same day. This was my son's first eye appointment, and he is five years old. I called the office for help with directions, and was assisted with the utmost courtesy, care, and friendliness. The doctor himself was EXCELLENT, both with me and with my son. I've worn glasses for almost 15 years and have astigmatism, and Dr. Levine explained some things to me that made me think, "Wow! I wonder why no other eye doctor has ever said that." We had a lovely experience, and I would recommend Dr. Levine to anyone without hesitation!!
