Needed to re-order contacts and was told to only order 1 month since I was due for an eye exam in Dec. and my prescription could change. Made appointment for Dec as told only to arrive to said appointment and be told my appointment should have been for Jan. When I said that this was recommended by their office was told in essence that I should know better since it's my insurance, and "you bought it". Customer service from front desk staff is lacking, but Dr. Goldberg was great.

DR Vegh office is not a place to go if you want to be seen They will not honor the appointment made early. Simply will say we don't see your name on the schedule,They have no Manager Dr is not available .Staff is not at all friendly .they wont welcome you even with a eye contact or hallo .They are rude .I visited that office 3 times experience is always same. Today's appointment was prescheduled 3 weeks ago .when I walked in and after 15 mins of waiting went check that time I was told know appointment is available .

The lady who tested me was wonderful and really friendly. After 45 min of testing I was told the Dr would be there soon. She is busy I understand. I understood at 30 min wait..At 40 min I decided I had had been understanding for as long as I could take. I stood in the doorway hoping someone would come by. After 45 min of waiting to see Dr Vehy , I left. They called me and I told them to send my records and results from today to my home. They called back 10 min later, I was told they would not send my records or results. I had not been seen by the Dr . Because Dr Vehy didn't talk to me she would not give me my records. the end.All of that time and trouble. I was on time. Dr Vehy couldn't be bothered. Think twice.

I can't imagine how my cataract surgery and related office visits could have gone more smoothly or been more successful. In addition to her surgical skill, Dr. Vegh was always cheerful and optimistic.

Dr Vegh is very conservative in her treatment plan, which is a comfort to me. I feel I am getting the best care possible.

This place is great, Dr. Goldberg is very helpful. I work with metal and we frequently get stuff in our eyes. They always fit us into their schedule and do a great job.

Didn’t understand why she was highly recommended!! Felt she half listened and made no effort for my questions. Staff was not very friendly either or maybe they were all having an off day. Won’t go back or give recommission.
