Had the worst experience as a first patient dr bob was extremely rude and disrespectful I don’t even think he looked at my chart cuz he didn’t even acknowledge my acid reflux and that I get nauseous really easily and the person he was with she didn’t even do anything about his rudeness I highly recommend not coming here

Rude staff, over the phone and in person. Bree picked arguments from the time I sat in the chair until someone else swapped her out. Including my maiden name being on the screen, when notified, she insisted I was lying and that it wasn’t true. When they mess up, it’s your fault, and it’s a hard time to get back in for them to fix it. Dr. Jim is great, assisting staff - not so much.
