Marina Gladson's Online Review Report Card

Office staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. Especially Ms Candy. I tried to schedule an appointment for a physical for my daughter and she argues with me that Dr Gladson is not listed as the PCP on our insurance plan even though we literally just saw Dr Gladson one week prior. She got an attitude and hung up on me after I asked her to talk to the office manager about the issue.

Dr. Gladson is a good Doctor caring, easy to talk to and takes time to listen to my concerns we’ve been with her for a long time always good to see her, however her staff have zero personality especially the front desk lady needs some customer service training she’s pretty rude and not so welcoming at all to put it mildly, It’s really disappointing.

I have been to many doctors and many offices throughout my life and the lack of attention and comprehension I get from Dr. Gladson is disappointing because a doctor is supposed to listen to you and try to understand you which hasn’t been happening if you can even get to her because she has her rude staff answering the phone she starts a medication that has withdrawal effects then stops it abruptly it was working why stop the whole office is disregarding me as a patient that’s not right was also informed that I don’t comply like I work for them or something when it is quite the opposite there was a problem with quest very dangerous to stop medications abruptly and they are very rude I would look for someone who actually cares about your safety as I will have to as well the nurse on call I don’t know if she even has bearing because gladson will never talk to you directly the girls at the front desk work on your customer service skills don’t forget where you are gladson will likely send you to a different specialist when I meant to see her because she doesn’t have insight on conditions more than a cold yep don’t come here vista is an alright hospital and in general but the primary’s they have do not do it justice

Always a good experience with Dr. Gladson. Her and the staff are friendly and caring. The office is clean. I would recommend to others.

I would highly suggest to find someone else. Unfortunately I have been stuck with her due to insurance.

All my friend needed was one appointment for a physical, self pay. After 10 minutes I was told "we are not taking any new self pay patients". I didn't know doctors were doing so well with insurance companies that they want to turn down self-pay patients,.

She confirmed my pregnancy with a test and I asked her why I was cramping up. She told me I was going to miscarry and was so sure of it. She didn't explain that your uterus grows and it may cause cramps and discomfort through out the first trimester (being only 5 weeks), She just kept saying I was going to miscarry. Today I'm 24 weeks and 1 day. Baby's healthy and I'm healthy. She gave poor judgment and didn't explain at all what else it could've been.
