When the suffering in my precious wife of 44 years could no longer be improved, Residental Home Health and it’s Hospice team instantly responded. Anna arrived at our house and efficiently showed us a compassionate plan. RN Karen then offered ways to create comfort and calmness. Social worker Vera and Chaplain Jeremy gave us endless love as did RNs Mandy and Tangier. My family and I could not have endured this loss without this generous and self-less organization. Thank you, thank you.

Kristine is an extremely skilled, compassionate physical therapist. I’m very protective of Daddy and I’m so happy to trust him to her care. Dad has dementia setting in; yet he is able to recognize “Kristie” and interact/follow her careful instruction. She makes adjustments as needed to stay on track and get the best work done each session. God Bless and thank you “Kristie” for such professionalism, kindness, and energy!

The hospice director approved my mom immediately during her initial evaluation visit. The care was average. Bathing services were limited by staffing shortages. BUT, it took the answering service over an hour to even notify the on call nurse to certify my mom's death. It took 4 days and repeated frustrating calls to get the Hospice Medical Director to sign her death certificate. This was a side job for him. I was told that the death certificate was between the doctor and funeral home. So I was given the doctors office number to call and ask for this essential item to be signed. No family should experience this level of disrespect while grieving and trying to plan dates for funerals. Shame on them.

Residential Home Health Care helped with my Dad both with palliative care and hospice care. I usually don't write reviews but I was confused when I read the negative reviews as we had a great experience with this company. They helped make a difficult situation tolerable. Everyone was very kind and attentive. I would highly recommend them.
