Terrible service. After waiting 50 minutes PAST my appointment time to see her, I was extremely disappointed in that she didn't seem to care about any of my concerns. I understand that looking at documents and evaluations are a critical part of healthcare as I am in the healthcare quality industry; however, she did not once ask me what concerns I actually had and when trying to tell her, I was talked over and explained AT that my test results are fine. Absolutely felt horrible after leaving my appoinment with her.

I was absolutely amazed at how in depth she explained everything to me. She was completely professional and never discredited another doctor, simply explained why that doctor did what they did. She shocked me with how much she knew about my health history, because she didn't come in the room saying "so what's going on today" she had already looked into why I was there. And then, she REALLY knows her stuff... And she is the first one to really explain to me why anything was/was not done in my case. She took my entire history of labs and medication into account. I'm so, so thankful for her because the information she gave me changes everything! I was suffering from symptoms that I didn't need to be. She wrote everything down and was just so personable and considerate and genuinely kind. She really wanted to make sure I understood what was going on. Thank you so much Dr. Bhakta!

Dr. Bhakta is super amazing! Personable, friendly, and very thorough explaining and answering questions. I have never felt rushed with her. Great doctor for thyroid issues.

unhappy with being talked down to. Talks to loud as if yelling makes it clearer. She seems more pleased with her colorful charts than my care. Will NOT recommend her to even a stranger.

I have never had a doctor spend so much time explaining my test results and how to correct them to bring them back down to normal. I highly recommend her to control your diabetes.

Dr. Bhakta is an excellent endocrinologist. She did a good job of educating me on Grave's Disease and nuclear thyroid ablation.

She doesn't listen. Entire visit was rushed and I found her rude. She told me there was no way my thyroid was off. I went to my primary and had him run tests and sure enough, it was way off again. She was a waste of my time, and I was furious with how she refused to listen to me. AWFUL
