Dr. Karcavich admitted my husband to Silver Cross when his EKG was slightly irregular and wanted him to have a stress test. The next morning, as Dr. was on his way to his room my husband had a heart attack. Dr. Karcavich took quick action and in a few minutes, my husband was in surgery and Dr. Called me personally, to have me come to the hospital. He saved my husband's life. I and several members have been his patients for years and God bless him.

My experiences lead me to believe the office staff doesen't want to do anything. They do not seem happy or comptent. The last 4 times I called I got the answering service.
